Cynthia is an experienced transportation planning and environmental professional. Her broad range of knowledge and experience allows her to guide projects from the feasibility stage, through planning, design, permitting, and into construction. She has applied her technical expertise to complete feasibility studies, monitoring reports, environmental permitting, NEPA studies, and construction oversight in environmentally sensitive areas. Cynthia is a Professional Wetland Scientist, Certified Floodplain Manager, and authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent. She has also been recognized several times by her peers as a leader in her profession. She was named Environmental Professional of the Year by the Tampa Bay Association of Environmental Professionals and now serves on the Board of Directors.

Alan’s experience includes overseeing and delivering projects and programs integrating issues of transportation, spatial analysis, community development, strategic thinking and placemaking. He has managed numerous multimodal transportation plans, area and master plans, corridor studies, technical assistance programs and economic and community development strategies. His work spans urban, suburban, small city and rural areas. Alan can orchestrate complex projects that involve both technical details and high-profile decision-making elements. He is an excellent communicator and has a successful record of accomplishment of building consensus around issues among technical staff, the public and elected officials.
